The operation procedures of Microcomputer Bottle Washing & Filling Device from the bottle entering --> disinfectant swashing --> pure water --> washing --> bottle dropped down --> bottle seated on the bottle pushing supporter --> pure water feeding --> (cap-aligning) cap-covering --> capping--> output of finished water, is controlled by PLC with the functions of automatic finish, precise orientation, little manpower and low working intensity. The complete set of equipment is manufactured by high-tension stainless steel materials and stainless plate steel with precise argon arc, infrequent distortion and fair welding veins; The conveying component structures with stainless steel to assure normal running of the device under various conditions; Nonmetallic components are manufactured elaborately by wearable materials, such as nontoxic PP plastic, etc; In order to make the performance of the device more stable, most of conveying electromotor and booster pump are those products that exportation and electrical components are manufactured elaborately by imported series of products or name brand series of products at home.

For washing unit, multiple injection of washing liquid and bleaching liquid is used to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, the washing process include three steps, first step is washing inside and outside with alkali dirty remover liquid, second steps is washing inside and outside washing with disinfecting water, third step is washing inside and outside with pure water, the alkali and disinfecting water can be used cyclically,
Work position which is arranged logically; include rinsing of cycle water, sterilizing water, pure water and the process of water drop. It can rinse bottle effectively. The reasonable drop work position and enough work time reduce mutual effect of each step and guarantee the effect of rinsing.
The filling process introduces PLC control; the ingenious filling level inspector ensures the accuracy of filling volume. The filling volume can be adjusted as unit of one second.
For capping unit, the barrel caps can be automatic capped, and equipped with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure caps are aseptic and healthy
