Description
Carbon Fiber packing Braided from strong carbon continuous yarns after softening,impregnated with proprietary lubricant and graphite particles,which fill voids,act as a break-in lubricants,and block leakage.Carbon Fiber Packing Reinforced with Nickel wire .The wire reinforcement provides increased mechanical strength,usually for static.Application:Used for pumps or valves in high pressure and high temperature.Handle water,stream,acids and alkalis for power stations,refineries,boiler plants etc.It is commonly used in stream turbines,and for high pressure,high temperature valve application in general.Carbon fiber packing reinforced with inconel wire ,braided from carbon fiber,reinforced with inconel wire.It retains all the inherent benefits of pure carbon fiber packing,good thermal and chemical resistance,very low friction,the wire reinforcement also provides grater mechanical strength.
