SJ series single screw extruder using Germany technic, high capacity screw specail using in the PU material. Electrical control parts uses the international famous brands, like ABB inverter, RKC temperature controller, SIEMENS contactor, realy, and switch bushs, etc.
2. Automatic feeder and dryer system uses electric to heat, and fans to dry. Confirm the raw materials in perfect extrusion.
3. Steel wire unreeling machine uses the good quality steel material, and the steel wire unreeling speed can be adjusted according to the production line speed.
4. PU rod mould uses high quality mould steel material, in coated type.
5. Water cooling tank uses the good quality stainless steel, water pump to supply good enough water to calibrate the products.
