deep groove ball bearing is one of the most common type of rolling bearings. The basic type of deep groove ball bearing consists of a outer ring, an inner ring, a group of steel ball and a group of cage. It has two types: one is single row bearing and another is double row bearing. The bearing structures are either with seals or with opens. The opens is the bearing without seals. Sealed deep groove ball bearing has dust sealing and oil sealing. The material of sealing shield is steel stamping. The sealing shield only simple prevent dust from entering the bearing raceway. The type of oil sealing is contact type and it can effectively prevent the lubricating grease in the bearing from overflow.
Principle
Deep groove ball bearing mainly bear radial load. It is also able to support radial load and axial load at the same time. When the deep groove ball bearing only bear radial load, the contact angle is zero. When the deep groove ball bearing has a larger radial clearance, it will have the function of angular contact bearing and it can bear the larger axial load. This kind of bearing has little fraction coefficient and high margin speed.

According to the deep groove ball bearing size, it can be divided into the following:
(1) miniature bearing---named the outer diameter size range of bearing below 26mm;
(2) micro bearing---named the outer diameter size range of bearing 28-55mm;
(3) medium and small bearing---named the outer diameter size range of bearing 60-115mm;
(4) medium and large bearing---named the outer diameter size range of bearing 120-190mm;
(5) large bearing---named the outer diameter size range of bearing 200-430mm;
(6) extra large bearing---named the outer diameter size range of bearing over 440mm.
Application
Deep groove ball bearings can be used to the gearboxes, instrument, motors, appliances, combustion engines, traffic, agricultural machinery, building machinery, construction machinery, roller skating shoes, yoyo and so on.
As the bearing load is too small in operation, it will be slide between the ball and raceway and this is the cause of bruise. When the bearing has a heavy weights on the ball and cage, this tendency is particularly clear. It is estimated that the load is too small, so you should be timely contact with the related personnel as selecting the bearing.
