DSHL – 50D gyro inclinometer adopts three degrees freedom gyro frame structure to coordinate the new design of digital circuit, measurement accuracy and reliability have been greatly improved. Apply to strong magnetic anomaly field and the casing drilling borehole which pore size is not less than 56 mm, do the multipoint measurement such as apex angle and azimuth angle, used to determine the three-dimensional position of drilling.
Technical characteristics:
1. Using high speed rotating three degrees of freedom frame gyro as azimuth directional and measuring element, small zero drift. It is the ideal orientation device used in magnetic iron ore region and casing drilling azimuth Angle measurement.
2. Adopting high precision dual-axis tilt sensors as the measuring devices of apex angle. 24 AD sampling, data processing.
3. Transmitted the datas which mixed the location and depth signals by ground control box to a computer, do the data processing, preservation, and draw the 3D trajectory figure.
Technical parameters:
1. Measurement range: apex angle 0°~50°;azimuth angle 0°~360°
2. Measurement accuracy:Apex Angle measurement error:±0.2°
Azimuth measurement error: ±5°(Apex Angle≥1.5°)
Azimuth drift: ≤12°/h
3. Measuring depth: 1200m
4. Power supply: AC220V±10%/50Hz
5. Overall Power Consumption: about 75W
6. Environment temperature: -10~55℃
7. Down hole cable: quad cable, Cable resistance < 85 Ω / 100 m
8. Dimension: Probe: Φ50㎜×1880mm
