T.C.T Shaper cutters Made of 45#carbon steel, the cutting tips are Micro-grain Tungsten carbide. The welding type is silver welding or copper welding. With two times grinding rough grinding and finish grinding make sure tips sharp and high precision.

cutters can be painted with different colors, such as red, white, black, cherry, and so on, or with finished sandblast.

Applications:

These cutters are mainly used for groove making, various wood profiles making, wood finger joint, door profile, door frame, cabinet door, wood floor, wall board and windows making.  Also can cut some man made materials such as MDF, plastic or artificial stone and so on.
