Lacquer Interior Wall Putty 2 Component With White Paste 2mm
Features:
PB-09 Polishing Skim Coat is a thin coating putty, owning strong anti-crack function, can be inserted on other outer wall putty directly, and make the surface smooth and closed, reducing the amount of base coat or painting (especially the F-C paint).
1, Water single putty: white paste, can be used directly, contains water acrylic mainly.
2, Oily two-component putty: includes main agent and curing agent and the ratio is 20: 1, mixing them before using.
Note: the mixed putty should be used up within 4h.
Surface Treatment:
1, The substrate surface should be stand, dry and clean, no grease, no curing agent, no release agent, no inseting marks.
2, Flatness 2mm
Operation Process:
1, Using a trowel to scrape the mixed polishing skim coat on the surface (requiring one or two times).
2, Polishing with a piece of sandpaper 8h later.
Tips:
a, Using a appropriate scraper to scrape the skim coat on the surface.
b, Mixing the PB-09 with water into paste, a electric mixer can get better effect, put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to strengthen the hardness.
Normal Amount: About 0.15~0.2kg/.
Cautions:
1, Make sure the smooth and vertical rate of the surface before operation.
2, Never mix the dry slurry with water for second use.
3, The mixed skim coat should be used up within 3h.
4, Polishing within 1~2 days according to the weather.
5, For the base surface polished by cement paste, suggesting the PB external repair skim coat.
6, Just polish the marks. Not overly polish so as not to affect the strength of the putty.
Store Method:
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
