FKD insert bearing UC205 discription
lnsert bearing is actually a variant of deep groove ball bearings, the characteristics of the surface of the outer ring outside diameter spherical, can play a role in aligning fit into the corresponding concave spherical bearing seat.

1. Ball bearings with setcrews: UC200 Series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series), and deformation product UB (SB) 200 Series

Insert bearing UC Series - Production process
1 Raw material: steel pipe must be cut by cutting off machine; bar stock must be forging
2. Lathe Machining
Outer Ring: outer ring turing, radial turing via the twin surface grinder processing, cylindrical truning, edge turing, seal groove turing, chamfer turing, oil groove of outer ing turing, oil hole and locking pin hole turning;
Inner Ring: inner ring finish turing, rough turing the inner ring, radial turing, super turing the inner ring, edge turing, chamfer turing, ball raceway turing, turing screw bore
3. Heat Treatment: after 840°C quenching and 150°C backfire is up to HRC 60-63°
4 Grinding Process:
Outer Ring: Polishing outer ring, face grinding via twin surface grinder processing, polishing outer ring surface, grinding the oil groove , super gring the oil groove, rough grinding the camber, super grinding the camber
Inner Ring: Polishing inner ring, face grinding, grinding the outside diameter, rough grinding the inner ring bore, rough grinding the ball raceway, fine griding ball raceway, fine grinding inner ring bore, fine grinding the ball raceway!
5. Assembly:
Demagnetizing cleaning, semi finished product inspection, group ring, assemble bearing, clearance inspection, locking pin pressing, cage pressing, holder fixed, finished products, demagnetizing cleaning, drying, grease filling into bearing, rubber seal pressing, iron seal pressing, screw assemble, gyration inspection.
6 Finished bearing packing:
finished bearing via antirust disposal, marking model, assemble the bearing into the bearing housing, gyration inspetction, assemble oil lip, rust preventing oil disposal, packaging plastic bag, sealing bag, alley key follows the bearing, bearing individual box packaging, carton, packaging into pallet!
