Description:

 

ERW welded pipe production line can produce resistance high frequency straight seam welded pipe, square tube, rectangular tube and steel sheet pile, etc.

 

 

ERW pipe produce progress:

 

  1. The machine will make the steel material to J than C, the last is O. So the pipe is round.
  2. We will check the material, and confirm the material is good.
  3. Cut the steel material, make it fit for the pipe.
  4. All the steps finish, will put this pipe into stock.
  5. Bend the material, this step is facility for welding.
  6. Test: ultrasonic testing. Hydrostatic test
  7. Welding: radio-frequency welding.Contact welding and induction welding
