Single beam underslung crane is a light duty crane,this type of crane is mainly used in the location where is no possible install columns to support the overhead crane,the end trucks of the underslung bridge crane ride on the bottom flange of the I-beam. Typically,an underhung I-beam is suspended from the roof of the building and is available only on lighter capacities,not more than 10ton,capacity of 0.5ton-10ton,span 3m-16m,lifting height 6m-30m.

Mainly composed of main girder,electric hoist,travelling mechanism,and electrical equipments.
Main Girder(two types)
1.Small lifting capacity,small span is composed of I-beam and U-steel,no beam structure,
2.Large lifting capacity,big span is composed of box beam with high quality molding and stamping U-beam and I-beam welded.
End truck:
1.The end truck is welded by U-steel,
2.The main girder and end truck is connect by pin shaft,make the main girder swing within small range,
3.The wheels can better running on the truck without suspended in the air.
Electric Hoist:
Electric hoist can lift objects and travelling along the main girder,the structure,please read the specification of electric hoist.
Travelling mechanism:
1.Adapts separate-driving,driving and braking are finished by tapered brake motor,
2.The detailed structure is similar as common wire rope electric hoist,
3,Also adapts trinity-drive system,users can choose according to your requirements.
Electrical parts:
1.Lifting and crane can be controlled separately,separate travelling or travelling at the same time,
2.The power supply of electric hoist is flat or special cable,
3.The electrical appliance adjusts speed without contact or spark module.
4.Equipped with position limiter,travelling position switch etc.
