Raw material :PE,PP Films and bags
Pelletizing system:
1.water-ring rubs surface pelletizing system
2.air-cooling rubs surface pelletizing system
3.strand pulls pelletizing system (noodles)
Different raw material need different pelletizing system and screw design etc.So need further discussion!
Applications:
Two stage water-ring PE granulation line with aggregator is mainly used for PP, PE Film and bags recycling, use PE/PP Film and bags as raw material to make grains , and has the features of novel design, compact structure, reasonable layout, stable, facilitating the maintenance and debugging, Low-noise, low-power consumption.
