On the principle of electromagnetic vibration, the screen surface vibrates but the whole screen box does not, small vibration amplitude, low power consumption.
Strong vibration (8-10 times gravity acceleration), its screening rate is higher than ordinary screens' by about 10%-50%, high screen frequency, strong processing capacity.
The screen surface is made up of three sifting nets, the upper net is double-layer composite steel net for screening, the lower steel-core polyurethane net connects vibration arm.
Used for fine materials' classification, dehydration, desliming etc. It is widely applied to beneficiation, coal, construction materials, chemicals and so on.
