Description:

This equipment is a manual ultrasonic cleaning machine, users will manually moved the baskets which be equipped with various products to each cleaning tank, in order to complete the products Ultrasonic cleaning, steam bath, freeze drying, etc, then take out the products which after cleaning and drying from the tank, to complete a full cleaning process, the user is free to set the cleaning time, normally 3-6 minutes for a cleaning cycle time.

The Machine is consist of Ultrasonic tank, Steam shower bath tank, distill recycling tank, freeze drying systems, oil-water separator, filter recycling system, and electrical control system...etc.

This custom made Three-tanks Industrial Ultrasonic cleaning equipment using organic solvent for cleaning agent, for hardwares degreasing cleaning. Machine with circulate filter for the chemical. Ultrasonic cleaning tank Main tank made of high quality SUS304 2.0mm stainless steel production; the side which match transducers use of high quality SUS316L 2.0mm or SUS304 2.5mm stainless steel. Digital Ultrasonic generator, single chip microcomputer technology, more stable operating conditions, the output power is more powerful. This series Industrial Ultrasonic cleaning machines are suitable for electroplating treatment and cleaning after plating; car accessories cleaning; metal components cleaning; machine parts cleaning; optical frames cleaning, etc.
