Brief Description of Mold Temperature Controller
ADD series Mold Temperature Control Units(MTC) are specially custome-designed for the temperature control of compression casting. According to the temperature difference of stationary mould and movable mould, it has two methods of temperature control for selection: one is single-circuit and the other is dual-circuits. Both of them can offer the temperature range from 25°C to 350 °C.

SAFETY PROTECTIONS
- Pressure Detection: pressure gauge with electric contact which show real pressure of entire system was equipped on the piping. Control system will alarm immediately when pressure fall into a certain value, and the Heater will stop at the same time.
- Oil Low Level Detection: Expansion tank is equipment with a ball float level controller, Control system willalarm immediately when level fall into a certain value, and the Heater will stop at the same time.
