JSK-500A type ribbed reinforced steel roll crescent CNC processing machine tool (swing-head machine tool) is applicable to the processing of marks of all specifications of ribbed reinforced steel transverse rib slots (crescent), grade and manufacturers, with the advantages of high degree of automation, easy adjustment, wide range of processing and low labor intensity.
Numerical control system of machine tool is of four-axis control with any three-axis linkage. The high-torque 130 AC stepping motors and drives are selected for the four controlled axes.
The processing transverse rib slot (crescent) of machine tool takes shape with single cutting, and the helix angle of transverse rib slot (crescent) can be arbitrarily adjusted. It uses finger-type milling cutter for high-speed rotating cutting, and completes the processing of transverse rib slot through the rotation of swing head, roll dividing and horizontal straight line feed. In addition, it can complete the vacancy of transverse rib slot (crescent) according to the program design, and engrave the marks in vacancy.
