Vibratory Feeder
Using a high frequency vibratory feeder, almonds in shell are gently and
evenly fed into the hard shell cracker. An even feed to the hard shell
cracker is necessary for optimum cracking results.
Hard Shell Cracking Machine
The corrugated, hard rubber rolls operate with an adjustable distance of
each other to produce hairline cracks in the hard almond shells.
Multiple roller bearings are mounted beneath the hard roll carriage for
ease of adjustments.
