Specifications
1). This machine belongs to second generation of hydraulic shear, with advanced integrated hydraulic system with an excellent reliability and easy for maintenance.
2). Welded steel plate construction, hydraulic drive and welded blades frame, with high strength and good rigidity.
3). Adopts three-point roller guides. Through the force to the front roller by the special spring, the cutting beam keeps in touch tightly with the two back rollers.
4). The shearing angle can be changed so the performance would be good to cut either thick or thin plate.
5). As the cutting beam has been designed in inner-inclined structure, it is easy for plates to fall down and the accuracy of products can also be guaranteed.
6). The power storage device returns steadily and quickly.
7). The special worktable structure, designed from optimization technology makes the deformation(Sx), which is formed during shearing, to be able to compensate the curving of the upper beam under the shearing force. This assures the blade gap to remain constant laong the full length of the worktable thus enhancing the shearing precision and quality.
