Application:

Working Principle:
The KPX series trackless cart uses internal batteries to offer power to the DC motor via the electrical control system, which enables the car to start, stop, go forward or backward, and regulate speed.
Advantages:
1. It has the advantage of stable start, low voltage, long service life, large starting torque, and little impact on the gear reducer.
2. Compared with KPJ or KPD series, the KPX type shows higher mobility, flexibility, and safety.
3. It does not require high-standard rails, its traveling distance being unlimited.
4. The transportation car is well suitable for applications in low use frequency, and long distance transportation applications.
Notes:
1. The rail gauge, deck size, and rated loading capacity can be customized.
2. An optional wireless remote control device is available.
3. The cart can achieve automatic stop and alarming when it detects obstacles or people at a distance of 2 meters.
4. In addition, the battery needs to be maintained periodically. Its use life is limited within 2.5 years.
