Forged steel shaft-steam turbine rotor forging is widely used for large or middle scale thermal power equipment enterprise. For example: Ha’erbin power group, Ha’erbin Steam turbine, Eastern Steam Turbine company and so on. The manufacturing equipment is 80~185MN hydraulic press, the forging ratio >4.5, the technical condition is in accordance with the standard of JB/T 1267-2002.

    
Smelting Process:EF+LF + VD+VC

The process as  follow  :Ingot →heat → forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing+ tempering) → Inspection →rough machining→UT →2th Heat treatment →finishing machining →Inspection
