THE MAIN BENEFITS OF CFB BOILER
1. Large adaptability of fuel: this is one main advantage of circulating fluidized bed boiler. If calculated by weight inside the CFB boiler, the fuel is only 1~3% of bed materials, other materials are incombustible solid particles, like desulfurizer, ash, etc.
2. High combustion efficiency: CFB boiler has higher combustion efficiency than bubbling fluidized bed boiler, which can achieve 95~99%, it is because of the following features of CFB boiler: good effect of air-solid mixture, high burning rate and recycled combustion of fly ash.

High efficiency desulfuration: Due to the circulating combustion process, the limestone without desulfurization reaction inside combustion chamber are returned to bed materials, the part with desulfurization reaction produce large quantity of calcium sulfate, and collide, burst during recycling combustion process, the surface of new calcium oxide particles expose in atmosphere of vulcanization reaction, this will highly improve the performance of desulfuration.
