PERFLUORINATED ETHYLENE-PROPYLENE COPOLYMER  FR46
    Perfluorinated ethylene-propylene (FEP) is the copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene(TFE) and hexafluoropropylene(HFP) with excellent thermo-stability and chemical inertness, outstanding electrical insulation and very low friction coefficient. There are three grades available, classified by melt flow rate (MFR). The thermoplastic process techniques can be used to fabricate useful products from FEP
 
 
Description:
 
Poly(Perfluorinated ethylene -propylene)(FEP), also called fluoroplastic, can be used at temperature up to 260 celsius degree continously. Its products have excellent thermal staility,chemical inertness, low coefficient of friction, atmosphere aging resistance, gas permeability resistance and buring resistance. The molding process of FEP includes mold pressing,extrusion and injection.
 
 
Packing specification:
It is packed in double layer PE plastic bags with hard paper drums and the net weight is 25KGS; Storaged in clean and dry warehouse.The temperature in the processing should be controlled under 400  celsius degree or it will decompose more toxic gas.

DS600:The extrusion process for generic type resin, mainly used for wire insulation layer, tubes, film, as well as various component
DS601: Heat Stress Cracking crowded plastics, mainly for wire insulation layer, thin-walled tube.
DS602:The low index polymer melt resin, heat stress cracking plastic model, the need for stress cracking resistance and the speed of processing, low or medium speed of processing, mainly for heat shrinkable tubes, pumps, valves, piping, etc. lining, wire insulation layer
