Product Introduction
The cooler is the equipment to cool cement clinker in the rotary kiln cement factory.Single cooler is suitable for the building and reforming of small and medium cement factory.
Grate cooler is one kind of Shock Chilling type cooler.Using the Shock Chilling to blow cool wood to make the clinker cool which is on the grid plate,.Then the clinker can cool down from temperature 1200 ℃ to 100℃.The waste air to be as the second wind.

Working principle
High temperature clinker fall down from kilneye to grate.Under the pushing of the grid plate doing reciprocating motion.Cooling air went from beneath the bed up into material layer to cool the clinker.After cooling the clinker cooling wind become hot air.High temperature hot air is as combustion air into the kiln and decomposing furnace.Part of the hot air can also to be as the fuel to dry. Redundant hot air can went into the air after treatment.
