FUNCTIONS AND CHARACTER:

1) Frequency poleless speed-adjusting large drum, traction roller and anilox roller (cobweb coating), which are adopted in synchronous.
2) Cobweb coating method, adjustable coating scope, coating quantity from 1 gram to 12 gram.
3) Scraper equipment of movement type, which adopt cylinder pressing.
4) Six segments independent temperature control of the 14m baking oven. Heating method adopt heat conduction, intaking hot air type drying system; Which adopt heat conduction heating box cooling fin exchanger. Adjustable inner circulation inspiration and exhaust equipment. Strong intaking and exhausting air, equality tempreture, completed drying.
5) Coating and laminating device is linkage drived by double-frequency converter. Guide pulley is drived by timing belt to make sure synchronization and material distortion reduction. Open-door type baking oven in two sides and film coating operation panel.
6) Coating roller and traction press roller are controlled by pneumatic electromagnetic valve.
7) Automatic meter counter.
8) Unwinding and rewinding unit are both hydraulic rectified by EPC. Bonding subformula air expansion shaft, convenient operation for loading and unloading material.
9) Two type method of the inwinding: A inwinding frame independently B back on type surface inwinding frame ( for insure 23μ M reel PE film inwinding flat, not tensile, not crinkle). Inwinding adopt frequency motor, vector frequency control.
10) Traction device is up pressing type with high precision. Steel cooling roller adopt water circulation type so that more flat and leveling about film through cooling roller.
