1.Introduction:

Model (90-65)×2-1000 Multilayer Coating and Laminating Machine consists of electricity system, air-operated system, electronic system and mechanical systems. The main parts includes four sets of extruder, three sets of T-dies (one of them is double-layer extruding die), three sets of forming system, two sets of automatic unwinding system and winding system. Unwinding and winding system adopt vector inverter control , automatic receipt and change roll without reducing the working speed; The quantity of every extruder and the speed of traction(forming) controlled by imported PLC system, Man-machine conversation operation. the whole machine is linkage, numerically display the unwinding, winding, extruding, raction (forming), speed and counter.
