II. Structure Characteristic:
1. The unit uses more than one extruder technology for production of multilayer PP, PS sheet, which meets the needs of different uses.
2. Precision multi-distributor, using double adjustment technology of flow ratio and the proportion of blade gap, can get more uniform layer.
3. Independent power roller is directly driven; the linear speed is synchronously controlled.
4. The machine uses PLC control, which automatically does parameter setting, data counting and feedback, alarm and other functions.
5. Easy to take apart and wash the 3-roller.
