Stone Crushing Plant is also called stone production line and Stone Crushing Line, which is dedicated production line to produce stone and sand used in building, road, railway and other industries. The big stones in the stone production line are coarsely crushed in the jaw crusher sent by the vibrating feeders through the bunker evenly. The coarsely crushed stones are sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing. The stone production line whose output is 20 tons per hour includes jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, sand washer, belt conveyor and so on.
Technological process of Stone Crushing Line
Stones are evenly sent to jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for coarse crushing; the coarsely crushed materials are sent to sand making machine by belt conveyor for further crushing; finely crushed materials are conveyed to vibrating screen for screening. Materials which meet granularity requirements of finished products will be sent to sand washer for cleaning. After having cleaned by sand washer, materials are sent out be conveyor and become finished products. Materials that cannot meet granularity requirements of finished products will return to sand maker for reprocessing by vibrating screen, thus forming closed circuit circulation. Granularity of finished products can be combined and classified according to requirements of customers. If choosing dry process production technology, the production line can be equipped with coarse and fine separator and dust removal equipment.
