The diamond compacts, which are produced by introducing advanced technologies and using novel efficient catalysts and new processes, have the characteristics of various tooth-shaped structures, firm and uniform interface bonding, higher abrasion resistance and thermal stability, stronger impact toughness, etc.
 

The diamond compacts, which are produced by the company, feature various chamfer types and tooth-shaped structures and complete specifications and varieties. The produced drilling diamond compacts are applicable for soft, medium and hard geological rock stratums. The company can design tools in a groove shape, or ground, polished and chamfered tools according to customer requirements, and can provide products of various specifications and models and products in special shapes.

 

Diamond Compacts of Tooth-shaped Structure Type: 


T-type: Diamond is combined with hard alloy in a latticed groove shape.
W-type: Diamond is combined with hard alloy in a wavy straight groove shape.
P-type: Diamond is combined with hard alloy in a plane shape.
O-type: Diamond is combined with hard alloy in a straight wide groove shape.
F-type: The combination surface of diamond and hard alloy has a radial groove-shaped structure.
B-type: The combination surface of diamond and hard alloy has a tooth-wrapped wavy straight groove structure.
Diamond Compacts of Chamfer Type
X-type: Both diamond layers and hard alloy matrixes are not chamfered. 
U-type: Both diamond layers and hard alloy matrixes are chamfered.  
Z-type: Diamond layers are not chamfered, but hard alloy matrixes are chamfered.
V-type: Diamond layers are chamfered, but hard alloy matrixes are not chamfered.
