Production Capacity
The subordinate manufacture factory of HUAYU Company is located in the western suburb of Zhengzhou city hi-tech development zone, contains of two production tracts, and distributed into sheet metal, PE bed liners, and FRP three production lines. Products cover all best-selling pickups domestic and foreign truck models, and can also OEM processing customized models according to customer's requirement.
Quality Control
All the raw materials are strictly controlled the quality from procurement; ensure the quality from the source. All raw materials procurement of the three production lines (from plate to screw) are tracked by special messenger, each material has not less than three long-term suppliers, to ensure the normal flow of raw materials fundamentally, and improve the threshold of the products quality. Each working procedure was strictly controlled within critical error by specifications and parameters of the QC after the raw materials warehousing and production processing. The productions warehouse-in inspection again, sub-standard products will be prohibited of storage to ensure that problem products rejected storage, superior products delivered.

A: No problem, this pickup bed cover's opening angle is up to 70° (suggestion 45°~60°), even the particularly large items you can load because dis-assembly is very easy!
Q: What is the color of your tonneau cover paint?
A: We recommend you black leather texture paint and do not provide any other paint colors, customers can spray by themselves. (If the customer has special requirement, we can also provide targeted spray paint, but there is no guarantee of the color difference, and also no refund and no exchange of the product.)
