PVC Fiber Reinforced Hose Production Line
Features of the line:
1) It adopts special designed screw and barrel for PVC material, ensuring plasticizing quality and produced pipe transparency.
2) Special designed extrusion die head controls each layer separately, with even thickness; and each layer thickness can be adjusted freely.
3) It adopts frequency regulator controlled winding machine for even winding and high speed.
4) It adopts automatic coiler, ensuring regular and beautiful coiling of the pipe.
Process flow:
PVC granule material feeding→single screw extruder→die head mould→spray cooling tank→belt haul-off machine→fiber winder→heating oven→single screw extruder→die head mould→spray cooling tank→belt haul-off machine→pipe coiler
