| (1st) Prepare leather material, rubber bladder, thread, ink etc. We have regular material supplier / factory. | (2nd) Make the leather to pieces according to rugby ball panels , make sure them adjusting to correct size. |
| (3rd) Assembly all the pieces need printed on printing production line. You can choose the logo to print on one~four panels. | (4th) Stitch the 4 panels by sewing machine, leave an edge unsewn to insert bladder. |
| (5th) Put the rubber bladder into the leather shell. Use glue to stick it to the leather. | (6th) Exam air leakage. Inflate the rugby ball, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified rugby balls. |
