AT Torque Converter Balancer Rebuilding Equipment Description
The torque converter balancing machine is a kind of new type balancing machine equipment with wider application scope developed rapidly in recent years, which is applicable for such various kinds of disc sample workpieces as flywheel, fan, vane wheel, chuck, brake, grinding wheel, saw bit and belt pulley as well as clutch to perform the calibration and balancing. As long as the workpieces and clamps are replaced and installed, the balancing for various workpieces can be performed.
This machine is composed of the balancer, support system, transmission system, sensor, electric detecting system and the electric control system. The transmission system is driven by the three-phase AC electric motor to rotate via the leather belt driving the spindle.
