Application:

 

PE PP washing line Centrifuge Dryer adopts abroad advanced technology, after design and improve,

dewatered after washing, and film humidity level is about 12-15%, if match with pipeline dryer then,

Description:

 

It is used to dewater by forced extruding the films and woven bag flakes which is conveyed spirally from 

the washing tank, by working together with the drying system which will be the best materials for 

granulating. and it can save the more engergy consumption compared to the traditional film horizontal 

dewatring machine. the whole process are controlled by PLC system. it can run with automaterial control 

by the pressure and host current, and with automatical adjustment by the different humididty and material 

properties of films, bags, and plastic sheets, easy to operate.
