About delivery:
If goods are in stock, warehouse machine need 10 days delivery for paint and package, tell us: what colors u need. If every material is ready, 15 days finish the goods.
If material is not ready, 30 days to delivery. Because we still have other order to do at the same time.
And we will sign 45 days in agreement; delivery time is usually in advance.
About Logo: KW, we can produce according to customer requirements.
About Quality: All the products with API, low price are not -API, cannot be exported.
About Warranty: One year from date of delivery and acceptance by client
About Payment: 30% of the advance payments please pay 70% before shipment. And we also could accept the L/C payment.
About Technical Documents: I submit the following accompanying technical information in English,
A: Test Report in accordance with the appropriate API or national test standards outline;
B. Related technical drawing or certificate;
C: Original copy of quality certificate;
D: Packing List;
E: The chemical element, Mechanical properties;
BTW, any other paperwork such as C/O, stamp record or test record could be provided if you needthem.
