Alloy Finishing Treatment of themomental single twin screw and barrel extrusion
Wc-10 carbon tungsten alloy, with high hardness, wear-resistant, corrosion resistant, heat-resistant, and it is also the product on the cutting edge, which synchronizes with western technology. The hardness of alloy layer HRC60-65, its working life is five to six times longer than nitriding barrel, which is applied to process 30%-50%PC with glass fiber, bakelite, electrical injection molding machine, magnetic powder, ceramic powder, aluminum magnesium powder, titanium powder, copper powder and so on.
Ni-20 nickel base alloy, strong corrosion resistant, wear-resistant, hardness HRC58-60, its working life is two to three times longer than nitriding barrel, which is applied to process PC,PVC,ACRYLIC,transparent plastic, highly corrosive plastic.
Fe-30 Ti-based alloy, high hardness, wear-resistant, the hardness of alloy layer HRC60-62, which is applied to process nylon with glass fiber, PC with glass fiber and EVA.
Apply to all kinds of plastic with additional fiberglass, fire retardant, carbon dust, PPA, PPO, LCP, magnetic powder, PC etc.
