Filter cartridges may be divided into stainless steel filter cartridges, filter cartridges of high efficiency , lubricating oil filtration cartridges, dust filter cartridges and oily fume filter cartridges.Filter cartridges are for removable cylindrical device.The top and bottom of cartridges are closed and there're filter media around them. The feature that a suspension of solid particles is smaller than the pore diameter of the filter media is attributed to depth filtration.Filtration of particles is filtering by the conflict and kneading effect of slender tortuous channels and fluid medium and particles are trapped inside and tightly attached to the pore wall surfaces.The cartridges are applied to extremely small particles in suspension.Commonly,its solids content is 0.01%. It can also remove the solid particles 0.02 ~ 100μm. These cartridges are used to remove suspended particles and colloidal substances that normal sand filters can't remove, such as drinking water purification.
