1.In order to buffer the stress while jumping, Fun Factory seams the strips outside to the reinforce jointing part.We wrap the strips to the reinforce jointing part inside so that reduce the power of the air blower,then electric power consumption decrease. 

2.Skillful craftwork.Every reinforce jointing part of an inflatable would be double stitching with non-rotten 9 strands thread.  

3.For the inflatable amusement parts and "support parts", we would execute them from the design to reality. 

4.Material inside (baffles) are .3mm Plato PVC Tarpaulin.The higher the price,the better quality.Now,all the baffles in Fun Factory are .3mm Plato PVC Tarpaulin.

2*WITH REFERENCE TO SECTION 4.3.5 OF THE ASTM STANDARD CONSUMER SAFETY SPECIFICATION ON TOY SAFETY F963-07ε1. THE TOTAL LEAD (pb) CONTENT of our 18oz pvc tarpaulin is LESS THAN 10ppm.(LIMIT:600ppm)

3*Flame retardant: In accordance with NFPA 701 Test Method 1-2010 Edition: Standard Methods of Fire Tests for Flame Propagation of Textiles and Films.Pass:After performing the following tests, the submitted sample met the requirements of NFPA 701 Test Method 1-2010 Edition.

4*UV-proof: Exposure cycle: ASTM G154 cycle 1.8h UV at (57-63)  BPT, 0.89W(m2*nm)@340nm, 4h condensation at (47-53) BPT, Exposure period: 60h, Grey Scale 4th.(D65 standard light,scale 5 is the best and scale 1 is the worst)

5*Water-proof. Different from the fabric,pvc tarpaulin is water-proof.

High definition digital printing machine:High definition digital printing, cover liquid film which import from U.S.After air dry,it become shine and attractive.Most importantly,the color could be protected by the film even if rain or tear.

First class welding machine in China:Perfectly welding each part of the inflatables,the air sealed inflatable(inflatable air sealed tent) would not air leak.Usually,once our air sealed inflatable inflated by the air pump,it could keep inflation more than one month.
