Product materail
Die material is 4 cr5mosivi1m, also called H13 steel. In steel of M23C6, M6C type carbides. Vanadium in steel tempering when the secondary hardening effect; Cr, Mo, W, V can improve steel tempering softening resistance and keep the strength and toughness under high temperature; Silicon steel tempering stability and thermal fatigue resistance. Chromium and silicon can increase the oxidation resistance and erosion resistance
