The up/down roller  is mainly used for clean the tube in the sea oil platform . Pipe may high-speed rotation of the roller, and then through the high-pressure water gun, high-pressure water jet to the surface of the tube, the tube can be cleaned and recycled, reduce costs, avoid environmental pollution.

 The equipment consists of: up/down roller , pump stations and electrical control .
 

1, The motor was protected by the metal shell, the overall structure of closed during operation to ensure a waterproof, anti-power, anti-corrosion.

 2, Up/down cleaning rotator incleds: power rotator and idler rotator. Each unit consists of rotator, hydraulic lifting system and the elevation guide.

 3, Power rotator driven mainly by the motor and gear.

 4, Roller surface using ruled,may increase friction coefficient , rolling esily.

 5, Hydraulic lift with hydraulic jacking achieve, Both guide column to prevent tipping.

 6, Hydraulic pump station consists of motor, pump, valve block synchronization, speed control valves and other components. To ensure a long distance movements of synchronization.

 7, Electrical control, mainly through inverter adjustment speed and hydraulic system lift.

 8, Speed adjust by VFD
