| 1st step: Prepare material, including bladder, synthetic leather,thread, ink etc. |
| 2st step: Devide the leather into pieces according to beach volleyball design, make sure them adjusting to correct size and shape. |
| 3rd step: Then assembly all the pieces on printing production line, to print out the pattern as customer’s design. |
| 4th step: Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. Normally a beach volleyball contains 18 panels. |
| 5th step: Once finish machine stitching, put the bladder into the leather shell, then sew the end manually. |
| 6th step: Inflate the beach volleyball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified beach volleyballs. |

7th step: Deflate all qualified beach volleyballs, put each one into polybag, then put into 7-ply export carton to be transported. |
