Description:
1. Frame and panel: Aluminium alloy fram, anti cold bridge design; Double skin panel, 30mm or 50mm thickness according to requirement and specifications, color steel panel or painted galvanized steel sheet panel, beautiful appearance.
2. Fan system: DIDW backward or forward curved blade centrifugal fan; Impeller, shaft and casing have service lifespan for not less than 15years under normal condition; low running noise, high efficiency, finish dynamic balance test for delivery.
3. Motor: famous brand good quality motor, insulation class F. Belt drive, high quality V-shaped belt, anti vibration rubber or spring damper, reduce vibration transmission. Protection grade IP54 or IP55 avialble.
4. DX type heat exchangers: evaporator condenser, copper tubes with aluminium fins. All coils are designed with CAD software, with excellent heat exchange effect.
5. Stainless steel or galvanized steel framework, anti-corrosion and high durability.
6. Copper fines or fins with anti-corrosion coating is optional.
7. Drain pan: Suitable slope drain pan, easy for water drainage, stainless steel or painted galvanized steel material. All pans have done leakage and pressure test.
8. Filteration: Adopt nylon or metal mesh prefilter, non woven plate filter for primary filter G3~G4(Efficiency 55%~75%), bag filter for secondary filter F7~F9(efficiency 80%~95%).
9. Air damper: galvanized steel or aluminium alloy material, manual or electronic regulation.
