Reinforced PDC cutter has higher dense diamond powder, claw tungsten carbide substrate made the two layers solid as whole one.
This kind of PDC inserts is sintered at high pressure and temperature, which is composed of diamond and tungsten carbide. It can be embedded into mine drill that used in stratum drilling, which is economic and durable.
