Description
- One-stage planetary and two parallel shaft arrangement, compact in structure and high in reliability;
- Use gears made of quality alloy steel, with external gears reaching class 5 (ISO1328) in precision and internal gears class 6 (ISO1328);
- Carry out dynamic simulation analysis with on gears with simulation software to get best profile effect;
- Provide forced lubrication to bearings to prolong bearing service life;
- Conduct FEM analysis on housing, torsion arm, planet carrier to optimize the structure under the precondition of ensuring strength and stiffness;
- Use housing made of ductile iron material with high toughness, thus having good performance in low temperature;
- Apply rational sealing method to avoid oil leakage;
- Customized gearbox can be provided according to customers’ requests and working conditions.

Wind turbine gearboxes produced by the company have been used in wind farms in Nan’ao Island in Guangdong, Zhangzi Island in Dalian, Changdao in Shandong, Dabancheng, Hongsongwa in Chende, Yingkou in Liaoning, Zhangbei in Hebei, Danjinghe in Internal Mongolia, Zouping in Shandong, Yushu in Jilin, Hariwusu in Tongliao, Sanmenxia in Henan and Hami in Xinjiang. FZ1500 wind turbine gearbox is mainly used on 1.5MW wind turbine.
