The heavy-duty grid sleep deck eliminates spring sagging and supports patients weighing up to 500 lbs.

Trendelenburg:
Although this bed does provide Trendelenburg & Reverse Trendelenburg positioning, manual intervention is required for these operations. The hi/lo "drive tube" must be disengaged from the underside of bed to attain Trendelenburg.
