This machine is suitable for high speed emulsifying shear mixing comprehensive products under vacuum condition, configuring with low speed scraped agitator and high speed double layer dispersing device, could be used for mixing, emulsifying and homogeneizing mixture of high viscosity material. The syestem include feed inputing, feed discharge, temperature controll, vacuum seal, product sampling and self-cleaning function, etc. Matxhing up accurate rotor and stator under the action of centrifugal force make the liquid-liquid and solid-liquid particle shearing each other, and make material undertake hitting, shear, tear and mix  tens of thousands of times per minutes, thereby to reach the effect of shear homogeneous emulsion.

Mode of discharging

Emulsifying machine pot cover is hydraulic/electrical lifting mode. Discharge mode is emulsifying pot body filp tilting type or pressurization bottome discharging cooperation pump conveying, can choose different best processing mode according to different products.

Temperature controlling:

Heating heat-conducting medium from kettle jacket through by the electrical heated tube to realize the heating of material, its heating temperature can be set any value and self-controlling, also can heated by steam, connecting cooling water pipe in the jacket that can cooling the materials, easy to operate/convenient, and outer jacket setted insulation layer.

Stirring mode:

Homogenizing stirring and paddle stirring can use separately, also can use it all of the time. Material micronized, emulsifying, mixing, homogenzing and dispersing and so on, can finish them in the short time.
