Introduction
The drop side semi trailer has fence-like steel walls surrounding it on all four sides. The primary use of our drop sider is in the medium- and long-distance on-road transportation of heavy bulk materials. Upon your request, we can add more twist locks to containers as well as removable posts to the trailer.
You can use our semi trailer to carry timbers, 40inch or 20 inch containers.
Process
Main parts of our drop side trailer are machined by advanced equipment. The vertical beam is a welded structure produced by using a US automatic- tracking welder through submerged arc welding process. Axles are installed to the semi trailer accurately with a loader. Precise axle track can be achieved thanks to the distance measuring tool.
All the parts are put through sandblasting process. The trailer body has been subject to pickling andbonderzing to improve the adhesion of paint to the trailer surface. The assembly parts are first spray painted prior to being assembled.
Transportation
The removable fence-like sides have a height below 2000px. The trailer can put in a 40inch container or, a large break bulk cargo for shipping.
