Product Introduction:
2PF series of impact crusher is double-rotor impact crusher. Its easy to use because of hydraulic unit on the machine. Meanwhile, the hydraulic coupling is designed to reduce the startup. Its characterized by simple structure, large size reduction ratio, low energy consumption, less abrasion, etc., which is applied to crush medium hard crisp nonmetal materials with maximum compressive strength under 140MPa.
Working Principle:
One end of the impact plate body of the first and the second impact plate part hinges onto two side walls of the upper body by suspension shaft, while the other end hangs on the upper and back walls of the upper body respectively by specially designed screw and adjustment spring. Separation chamber impact plate joints with the connecting rods on both side walls of the upper body and the locking spring by suspension square section axis. It hangs between two rotors and separate the upper body into two crushing chambers. There are grid plates in different gap sizes installed in the lower part of the separation chamber impact plate and the second impact plate to discharge qualified materials in time which will not affect the productivity by adding even grid plats. Switching the screw nut of the locking spring can adjust the pressing force of that of the separation chamber impact plate. At this time, controlling the connecting rod can alter the gap between the lower end of the separation chamber impact plate and the first rotor hammer in order to control the feeding granularity of materials in the second crushing chamber. Switching fixed screw nut can achieve the same purpose. Nevertheless, the screw nut and the pre-pressure of the locking spring must be respectively switched and adjusted simultaneously. Adjusting the pressing force of the adjustment spring in the lower end of the second impact plate, that is, switching the round screw nut, can directly alter the gap between the second rotor hammer and the lower end of the second impact plate in order to control the granularity of finished products, but the hexagonal screw nut must be adjusted at the same time. It must be paid attention to that the pressing force of two symmetrically installed locking springs should be uniform. When there are non-crushing materials in the crusher, these two sets of springs can be further pressed to discharge those materials, which directly achieves insurance. The gap adjustment between the second even grid plate and the second rotor hammer end is the same, so is the insurance function. The body is obliquely divided into upper and lower parts by the rotor axial lead. The lower body is fixed on the base by the foundation bolt which carries the whole weight of the machine. There are guard boards installed inside the inner wall of crushing area. The lower body is installed with the rear door and side door which makes it easy for installation and maintenance. There are side door, rear door and the top cover on the upper body. The feeding inlet is hung with chain curtain to avoid the materials spray when crushing. Both of the upper and lower bodies are of welding structure.

3.Two co-rotating rotors constitute primary and fine crushing chamber together with the first and the second impact plate. The first rotor and the impact plate crush materials from 850mm to about 100mm to the fine crushing chamber; the second rotor and the second impact plate will crush materials into about 20mm which will be discharged from the lower grid plate of the crusher. The principle of concentrated impact crushing of separation chamber can bring the function of concentrated crushing of the primary and fine crushing chambers into full play.
