Yes, it's free, but you should bear the airplane tickets, local hotel, foods, transportation ETC

12 months warranty.(not include man-made problem)
4. How could we do after one year warranty period?
We can solved small problem phone by phone frist.If any big problem can't solved by yourself,we will arrange people to you,but pay extra cost for our people.
5. How could we do if the parts broken within warranty?
