Description:
1. Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Specially designed
screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good plasticization, high output and
stable extruding.
2. Three-roller calendaring machine:
Adopts vertical three-roller calendering machine, equipped with roller temperature controlling device, the space of three roller
can be adjusted manually and automatically, which has the function of emergency cut off ensure safety.
3. Bracket of cooling roller:
Equipped with corresponding guide roller, the cooling effect is better. In addition, the edge-shearing and parting off device is equipped which can guarantee fixed width of plates and quality of edge.
4. Landscape orientation cutting machine:
With cylinder clamping, moving cutting, speed frequency regulating to protect the cutting speed
synchronize with plate making speed. Cutting with alloy saw blade, equipped with dust absorption device.
5. This sheet extrusion machine mainly used to produce PP, PE, HIPS, GPPS, PE sheet and other packing material .
6. Winder with big torque motor, and it’s speed and tension force adjustable
7. Automatic metering device can pre-set the length of product
8. Select different plastic to produce the compound sheet with different colors according to different
products.
9. Advanced hydraulic pressure, high speed net changing fittings without stopping the machine
Applications:
The production line is suitable for PP, PS, PE, ABS and other materials. If exchanging the machine model head, PVC, PMMA and PC plate materials can also be processed. If adding a drying device, PET sheet
material will also be processed. The finished sheet is usually used for disposable cup and plates, and
stationary products and other packing industries.
