the round year warranty sticker are customized by my Germany customer.
this is the third order to me,before he customized the 2014 /2015 year warranty stickers sheets.
the round year warranty sticker size is dia35mm,green color as background.this time he want the pantone code blue 288C as
the background,the fact showed that his idea was right,the printing effect looks very beautiful.
firstly,my client sent inquiry to me including his ideas,the label details,quantity,
and then a vaild and best price was sent to him,he accepted it and comnfirmed the
label design(artwork:CDR/AI),but he had no the design file only a image,so I offered
free design for him according to his picture,he was very satisfitied with the new dsign.
next,made PI to him and then he paid for them quickly,within 10 working days,he received
the inspection label stickers.

AI; PDF; CDR; high DPI JPG.
4. Can you help with the design?
Yes, 5 professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.
5. What's the trade term and payement term?
100% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Paypal & Cash. Can be negociated.
6. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes.
7. What about the lead time?
It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 working days after confirmation of design file and remittance.
8. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. one day after shipping.
9. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
10. How do you compute the shipping charges?
We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. when quote.
