Glass clear, Yellow, Red, Amber, Green, Orange, Golden Yellow, Dark & light Blue, White Opaque & many other shade as per our standard shade card. Special colour shades are also available on request.

Our yearly capacity is 10,000 Tons, Our PVC rigid film is adopting 100% new high standard sanitary PVC resin and produced in the 100,000 level purified workshops.

6. Packing

PVC rigid film in roll is packed at 20KGS net weight per piece or it can be packed according to the 

requirements of consumers. double PE Inside or export carton outside , foam plugs, 1ton/pallet with stretch 

film. The storage life of the product is one year.

7. Productive Capacity

Our yearly capacity is 12,000 Metric Tons, Our PVC rigid film is adopting 100% new high standard sanitary 

PVC resin and produced in the 100,000 level purified workshops.

 Under GMP management, 400 square meters Laboratory and 2,000 square meters work shop which is 

100,000 garde purified clean room.

Applications:

Pharmaceutical Grade PVC Rigid Sheet is a packing material manufactured by calender with the 

characteristics of high luster, glass clear transparency, and good barrier resistance .The materials has 

excellent suction plastic formation and good folding self-adhesion performance . The PVC Rigid Sheet is 

mainly used as visual packing of pharmaceutical tablets and capsules packed by pharmaceutical factory 

blister machine.
